Whilst our "human" guests are unable to visit we are delighted to say that our regular wildlife is enjoying the summer sunshine. We sit here tonight listening to many different birds, pheasants, blackbirds, robins, tits and finches of all kinds, swallows and swifts to name but a few. We have amazing views of the red kites and buzzards daily riding the thermals, today they were being mobbed by crows but still enjoyed their majestic flying. The foxes were barking quite loudly tonight and soon the bats will be out. So we raise a glass to you all and really hope we will see you soon. Sadly we still have no news regarding an opening date, but we are hopeful for 4th July.
Great news!! With immediate effect we are now accepting PROVISIONAL bookings for July onwards whilst awaiting further Government guidance due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19). Once further guidance on an accurate opening date is received we will then confirm your booking with us. Looking forward to seeing our regular visitors and welcoming new visitors too.
Our campsite cat is 17 years old today. This dear old boy loves enjoying the sun, eating, drinking and sleeping. Watch out for him when you are out and about.
